Broccoli and Cheese Quiche

1 pound of broccoli
1 small onion
2 TBS butter
1 pie crust- par baked
4 eggs beaten
2 cups of half and half
½ # grated swiss cheese

Sautee the onion and the broccoli flowerets in butter until tender but not soft. Place the vegetables in the bottom of the crust. Mix eggs, half and half, and salt and pepper. Fill the shell and top with the swiss cheese. Bake 375 for 40 mins or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 6
